It really kills me when i watch rich people reality shows, and how excessive they live, and it got me thinking of people i interact with.
I find that people that have had to work for their money are often more generous at spending amongst friends and family than people who have been given their money most of their lives.
Example, when i go out to dinner with people who had to at least work during college to pay for bills, food, and clothes are a lot more willing to spend money on other people. Usually there's too much money for the bill.
When i eat with people who don't work, and get their money from parents are more likely just want to pay for their share of the bill, and sometimes there isn't even enough money for the check.
Is it because people who work now where their money is coming from, and those people get their money from parents or other people don't really know where their money is coming from?
