Volgarr the Viking: Old school hardcore action platformer. Levels are short but pretty tough. You'll want to play for more than 15 minutes. :) But you'll die a lot, so plenty of stopping points.

It seems these days you can play a lot of games for 15 minutes. Games save so often that if you can deal with the loading and start up times you can play for 15 minutes and advance the story and stop.

I often play Tomb Raider or Watch dogs for 15-20 minutes. The problem is that both will induce you to play longer.

CounterStrike: Source. Rounds are VERY quick.
Well, if we are going down the Counterstrike route, I would recommend NeoTokyo. It is like Counterstrike with cloaking, very fast rounds (usually 3 minutes), and the best part, it is completely free.

In 15 minutes, you can play close to 5 or 6 rounds.

Anyone know a good casual game I can play for a few minutes every day? Preferably something with good graphics.

I've played Peggle and Peggle Nights. I enjoyed it a lot, but the graphics were low-res.

Masturbation

Graphics are limited by your own imagination.

I would say Hearthstone is semi-casual. Actually playing games can be quick, but then you have to build decks and refine them, which takes time.

One Finger Death Punch.

Basic 2d fighting game, you use left and right mouse buttons to attack left or right against various different enemy types, it gets faster on later levels and more complex combos are required, very fun for short bursts of furious, dumb fun. Only a few pounds on Steam.
