From that article, it sounds like they're counting most of Cuba's wealth as his own. Well, I guess he is a dictator with complete control of the country.

I remember last year when news websites took jabs at Castro after he commented on the Forbes' list. It was pretty much "Castro said the list was lies and he got in his fleet of Mercedes and drove away."

well for one he does have a point: what would even 100 million matter to a guy who is 80 years old and has no heirs to pass it on to?
While he himself may no net worth, I doubt he lives in humility and he probably lives in comfort off of the state...but what is his incentive at his age to asmass that much cash?
