Lets face it without both hormone AND genetic testing (XY chromosome testing) one can never be entirely certain about these things. We all like to joke about this but if we think about this seriously I'm sure you will agree there are a lot of extremely masculine looking women out there as well as effeminate looking men. Those elevated testosterone levels could also be signs of doping.
