Cash money orders at the postoffice?

If you bought a money order at a postoffice can you cash it at one as well? Will the post office have enough cash at hand?

Yes, you can buy and cash them there. They can cash up to $1000 I believe...

it depends on the amount, if you have a big one (well, a money order for much $ anyway), then go to a "main" post office, not a dinky branch

sometimes they will decline if they don't have enough cash in the drawer
