I'm sure it's a joke ad, but hilarious none the less.

But really, who are the suckers who fall for these things? Who would put a valuable item into an envelope and just hand it over to the post office? How can this *not* be a scam?!

They've been around a long time. So the answer is, many people... :(

I'd like to thank these retards and their ilk for the rash of break ins around my neighborhood. Mostly jewelry is taken... *sigh*
