Cases with low I/O shield

Do you guys know of a tower case which hase 4" of motherboard clearance ABOVE the I/O shield, that's available in the US? What I mean is 4" UP Z-axis beyond the ATX I/O shield. The Lian Li PC-X500FX is the only one I can find (by removing the top-rear 120mm fan).

EDIT: Found one - Lian Li PC-X1000, by removing (again) top exit fan.
