You're going to have a lot of "cases" or issues/problems with the "latest" games on that CPU.

Advice from the previous thread is completely valid: either upgrade a few parts of your system (CPU + RAM at minimum) or else just sell off most parts and upgrade whole thing (except maybe GPU - which while not bad isn't what most would consider a great gaming card).
