Case with hidden cd-rom drives?

My DVD-R drive doesn't have a face plate and replacing it would be like $40...Since I need a new case anyways I figure that I'll get one that hides the cd drives... Any ideas? My G4 mac has a clever design that has a plastic shield built into the case.. Anything like that for a PC?
 
It's a procedure known as "stealthing drives" and is quite common. Basically, glue a faceplate onto your CD/DVD tray and hinge it so that you can press the button.
