Case w/ built in 19" LCD

Are there any cases or case plans out there that are built around a monitor?

I've got a 19" LCD that I thought would be cool to stick in the same case as a micro-atx build. Remember seeing something like this in an old copy of Maximum PC but can't seem to find it now. Don't want to spend more than $100 or so on it even if I need to build it myself.

Possibly a 19" CRT I also gave her that I thought about gutting out and putting the system and LCD into. Anyone seen something like that?

I would be weary of a case that came with a built in monitor of that size. I'd be worried about the quality of the monitor used.
