Case Under Water

Hey guys recently on one of the hardware sites I visited I saw an article on modding the side of your case to make it appear as if it was underwater. Unfortunaely I can't find this now, and I was wondering that maybe some of us frequent the same places and saw it as wlel and could redirect me. It couldn't have been more than 2 weeks ago, Thanks guys
