Most cases that isolate the PSU have an air intake for the space, just orient the PSU to take best advantage of the available air.

Looks like PCP&C are trying to peddle their own myth with their no. 6. Technically unsophisticated people won't know the difference.

6. SHOULD AN ATX POWER SUPPLY BE COOLED WITH A 120MM FAN?
Most low-noise ATX power supplies today utilize a top-mounted 120mm fan

Top-mounted?
I don't think so!

IMHO, with older or cheaper PSU's you need to assure unrestricted airflow through the power-supply, and 120mm fans would be preferred. For example, my OCZ PowerStream 520 has 80mm fans front and rear, and gets a bit warm. The efficiency for that model is somewhere closer to 75% -- if not lower.

Now I'm been successively using a Seasonic S12 650HT and a Seasonic M12 700. The S12 is rated at 88% efficiency, and the M12 at 85%. You really have to sandpaper your fingers to feel the air output from the Seasonics -- the fan speed is very low. But they don't feel any warmer than my case exterior.

With such PSU's in a pressurized case, you could probably turn off the fan in the PSU (if that were even possible without voiding warranty) -- and they'd still feel almost as cool.
