case temps & HDD cooling

before i got a new HDD the comp (cpu) would peak at about 104 f. the HDD is now in place, and the cpu is hitting 120 f...i did shut down after loading the temp software and seeing that. i have a 120mm fan intake, and 2 80mm outtake fans, thou not to sure on the air transfer. its a 1.2ghz athlon tbird. is there any way to cool the HDD down? like those HDD cooler things? the cables are kinda in the way, and i made sure its the top HDD in its area (of the case). please help
