Case suggestions for Tiger MP system

next system is going to be

Tiger MP/ 2 1600 MP's
512 Mushkin
2 WD special edition's, the 8mb cache ones
1 36LP 18.1GB CHeetah
1 Plextor UltraPLex scsi cdrom
1 24x or 40x Plextor
1 Pioneer DVR-A04 drive (probably)

I'm not planning to overclock. I want to have a system that is as quiet as reasonably possible.
Questions:

1) What case would you guys suggest? I was thinking about the Lian-Li PC-65 (the one at CompUSA), but I don't have any problem ordering a different one. I also want it to be as small as possible, I don't think I need a full server case, eh?

2) What HSF would you guys get for the 2 1600 MP's? I would get retail but its noticeably more expensive than OEM ..

Lian-Li is a good choice. No need for a full tower.

My favorite heatsink du jour is the AX-7. Just replaced my SK6's on my Tiger with them.
