I feel the static when ever I touch the case
and In Egypt there is nothing as 3 prong plug
so I tried to install end of a ground wire under 1 of the 4 screws holding PSU
and the other end around an unpainted water pipe
but sadly nothin' changed

your suggestions ?
 
Are you on a carpet.and you should remove that ground from your system.right now it's the short way for lighting strike.
