Case requirements for XP120

I'm looking into getting a Thermalright XP120 for my system. I realize it is gigantic and I was concerned about fitting it. I have an Abit AV8, I know it will block one dimm, but that doesn't matter to me. I have an Antec P160 case which is decent size, I have the version without the window. Is there any reason I wouldn't be able to fit it in?
