Case recommendations for a budget box?

I asked the same thing in cases and cooling but didn't get much of a response maybe one of you can help.

I'm looking to spend at most $110 for the case, PS, and fans.

I'm looking for a QUIET system and I won't be doing any OC'ing.

Now I know I could probably get a case and PS for cheaper than this but I'm willing to spend a little extra $$$ if it'll buy me some peace and quiet.

Up to now I've looked at the Inwin S500 and the Antec 1030B. Is the Antec worth the premium? Is it quiet?
