I'm tasked with creating a standard build list for our developer computers here at work, and I'm having a hard time finding a quality (but cheaper) case that looks professional enough for an office environment without being boring.

My build is pretty simple and includes the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L motherboard.

I've been looking at the Cooler Master Elite 330 and the Thermaltake Matrix VD2000BNS but I'm having second thoughts after reading about them being a bit flimsy. Anybody have any thoughts on these cases or have others they could recommend that aren't much more expensive?

Thanks.

Those look nice, but they all come with power supplies that I can see, and they're lower wattage than I was going to buy (already had EarthWatts 430 on the list). I'll definitely give them a closer look though, thanks man.

The 380W and 430W units in the NSK series are either the Earthwatts models or the SU series which are very close to the EA series and are also made by Seasonic (click the link in my sig as I have an SU-380 for sale) and check out the SPCR review linked from my listing. I think the SU-380 (or EA-380) would be adequate for better than 90% of all recent systems - I'm using one that arrived DOA here in my system - after I fixed it, of course.

The various CM Centurion cases are well-constructed and subtle in design without being too plain. There are several models that are well-priced after rebate. I am currently using the RC-451 Micro-ATX case and have found it to be solid in construction with no outstanding flaws.

My experience with Thermaltake cases and products in general has been less than satisfying- too much flash and too little substance. The older CoolerMaster cases were built like bunkers, although I cannot speak for the newer ones.
