I got the Enlight 72370x3 case from newegg.... and an MSI motherboard the, MSI KM133M, soo how do i hook the case plugs with the motherboard. I see the diagram but i am worried about positive and negative. Does the arrow on the case plug represent poistive??

Just hook them up in the way that seems right to you, it won't hurt the board even if they are backwards. In fact, the only connectors that matter which way they are hooked up are the HDD LED and the power LED. And they are easy to test, because they won't come on if they are backwards.
BTW, that is a great case. I got one from newegg as well, and it dropped my temps a lot. I will never buy another case that isn't Enlight!

Usually the connector wires will all have a common color (most often WHITE) paired with a different color for each connector - I use the common color as negative (GROUND) and the other odd color as positive .............. to start with.
Most of the time this seems to work out .............. ?

After that ............ just reverse the wires on whatever device/indicator is not functioning correctly!
Don't laugh,......... it works for me ........
