Can I take the stock fan out of my case and replace it with a different fan?

How do I decide what is a good fan? I am wanting to go with green LED fans and I have no clue what to pick because there is so many choices. Kinda been looking at the BitFenix spectre series fans, the ones under $20 a fan.

Need 2 120mm and 1 140mm fan.

ya you can repace any fan you want.

the bitfenix fans are good.

coolermaster led fans i have tried are also good but slightly loud and the specs are bunk.
