case power light

I have a Thermaltake V3 case and ASRock 970 Extreme3 motherboard.
The wires from the case have writing on one side saying what they are for.
The power button works (the writing faces up) but the hard drive activity light didn't work with the writing facing up so I flipped it over and the light works.

The power light doesn't work and I can't flip it over.
It has a 3 pin connector (but only uses 2) and there is no room to flip it over.
How hard is it to take the wires out and put them back in that connector?

Not very hard if you have a sewing needle to lift up the plastic catch that holds the metal connector. Just reinsert wherever you need it to be and it will latch on by itself, only one side will latch on so I doubt you could screw it up.
