Case open...quick question

I have a Lian-Li PC68 and an Asus A7M266. I'm trying to hook up the front USB ports but the wires are all split apart on the PC68. The instructions that came with the case make no sense to me as to what goes where. Does anyone know how I hook these to my USB header? (I'm pretty sure I can only use 2 of them, but I still don't know which wires go to which pins). Thanks!
