case on/off switch problem

i have a few questions to ask...
1.) is the on light supposed to be orangE???

2.) for some reason.. when my computer crashes.. i press teh reset bottom.. it resets.. but then nothing shows on the screen... any help??

3.) my last question is that ... when i shut down the first time... and try to turn it on a few minutest later.. nothing shows.. but when i turn the power box off.. and on again.. and hit the power switch .. everything boots fine...

- every time i boot.. this happens.. wat r my problems ??

I'm no expert by any means, but I had a similar problem a couple of months ago with my PII. It was the power supply unit. I replaced it and the problems went away.

gdam it.. i just bought this power box... it came w/ the case..

can i test w/ a 200w power supply, its on my old computer...
