I want to have my PC on the ground next to my Home Theater setup, and the only place I can reasonably put it would be next to the subwoofer.

This makes me nervous.

Is it fine to have a computer case next to a subwoofer, or could this cause damage to the internal components?

If it could cause damage, would it just to be say a mechanical HDD, or everything?

Worried about too much vibration or what not.

Maybe this is silly :)

Thanks for help!

If you burn a lot of CDs or DVDs, then then (too much) bass shaking the floor might be an issue, but outside of that, I doubt it cause any problems.

I've had a sub-woofer near my PC since like 1996, and never any concerns (outside of when I actually burned discs, but that was a long time ago). But also haven't used spinning hard drives since around 2012, so I'd have to let someone else discuss that one.

If it's a real subwoofer used in earnest could frequency modulate your case/rad fans that results in worse cooling. Or... better cooling. Either way, periodically check your dental fillings and your motherboard for micro-fractures.

I had a 100watt Kenwood home theater sub near my computer for years, but never right next to it. Go solid state and you won't have to worry!
