GIGABYTE GA-H55N-USB3 LGA 1156
Intel i7 860 [95 Watts] - Gigabyte shows it supports up to Core™ i7-875K 95watts
LIAN LI PC-Q08A
600 watt PSU from Enermax

Would the Lian Li PCQ08A be good? or any alternatives?

Good, but expensive. Do you need to fit a full-size video card? If not, the Lian Li Q07 might be a better choice as far as value. Personally, my next build will probably have the Lian Li PC-Q11 late this year/early next year. Not out yet, but it should be available any day now.

If you haven't bought a PSU yet, check out the Silverstone SG07.

The best contending Mini-ITX cases as I see them right now is:
Lian Li Q07, Q08, Q11 (no PSU included on any of these)
Silverstone SG05/06 (comes with 300W PSU), SG07 (comes with 600W PSU)

What video card do you need to run, if any?

How many drives will you be running?

What's your case budget?

What style PSU is acceptable?

I already have the 600W PSU and was thinking of a Radeon 5770 or any brand having the 5770 or 5750 is fine. I thought of the Silverstone SG07 but the problem is I have the Enermax 600 watt.. it is from my older PC but never used much.

For an ITX case that will hold a Radeon 5770...

Lian Li PC-Q08
Lian Li PC-Q11 (when it becomes available)
Silverstone SG05
Silverstone SG06
Silverstone SG07

The two Lian Li can use your old Enermax. The Silverstone all come with PSUs (you can sell your old PSU). The first two Silverstone use SFX PSUs and come with 300W, sufficient for your choice of graphics card.

I've heard about people modding a Radeon 5770 into a Q07 as well. It'd be tight, but definitely the most cost effective way.

BTW, OP how many accounts do you have...
