Dang! Adding a side mount 120mm Panaflo and a 120mm blowhole helps a lot.

Under full load...

Before Mod:
CPU: 125F
Case: 93F
Ambient: 80F

After Mod:
CPU: 122F
Case: 80F
Ambient: 80F

Now all I need is a better heatsink.
