Nice hardware
Fans. Top notch stuff

If you can do bodywork and fabrication on a riceburner you can use that same skillset to fabricate the case. Putting the PC together takes a little homework because there is always new hardware but that isn't difficult either.
If you want to spend thousands you can but you don't need to if you do it yourself.
