Case Modding Help for an intermediate newbie.. (Ive got TOOLS!)

I am relatively new to case modifications, usually I buy OEM cases from major manufacturers, (DELL,HP) recently I have been given a bunch of "old" but relatively NEW cases given by a friend of mine and a few I picked up on Garbage night. These cases are "Made in China" real flimsy, thin, sharp and need some personal touch I believe.

Do you guys know of any sites that show how to PAINT, CUT, modify cases like these?? Also I need a site that has those Panaflo fans (real cheap, cuz I have to buy like 20) and some cool stuff. Thanks and if you yourself have modified cases please feel free to post it on this thread for me to view.. I need some ideas to work with.

I always mod my cases. I use a drill to make a circular dot to dot pattern, then a dremel to cut out a circle. One blowhole for intake directly over the heatsink is very effective. Then cutting out the low airflow grill aperature in the rear for exhaust. Then an 80mm intake in the bottom front of the case. Always make the holes slightly smaller than you need, and then use a dremel and sanding wheel to make smooth. Install some $1.75 30.5cfm 28dBa 80mm ball bearing fans and $1.50 chrome grills from Nexfan and you are all set. This gives you two 80mm intake and two 80mm exhaust including the exhaust from you power supply. I find this relatively simple configuration cheap and cools very well. It is alot of elbow grease though, but well worth the results.
