Case mod to install passively cooled 9800 pro

I'm thinking about case-modding my Shuttle SB62G2 (SFF) computer side panel to allow for the installation of a 9800 pro ultimate edition (passively cooled with ginormous heatsink). This should give me speed, and silence, but the left side of my computer will be one giant 45 degree C block of finned metal.

Has anybody done this before?
