Case mod suggestions

I currently have this case:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811144026

And would like to get a bit more air moving in from the front intake. I need suggestions on how I can do this.

Currently it has two 90mm case fans in the front, but very few holes to pull air in. I could drill more holes in the metal front but that leaves the plastic front panel. I could attempt to drill more holes it that, but the case temp display is kind of right in front of the fans, so obviously that causes a problem.

Personally I would love to put a 120 MM fan in the front, but I do not see how to do it without major cutting and I am not sure my skills are such to allow something like that (plus I would not know what to do with the power, reset, and temp).

Suggestions (other than buy a new case)?

You didn't state your reason for wanting to increase the airflow.
Since I myself don't like to cut my cases I'd recommend you use water cooling to solve your heat issues. You won't have to cut anything that way 😉

Well my main hardware (CPU, graphics, ram) seem to say fairly cool due to the side panel fan. But last night I was playing BF2 and my case registered the temp above my HD at 110F. My hard drive is right in front of my two intake fans so I would assume it would be cooler than that.

I have thought of water cooling just to make my machine a bit quieter, but it just seems like something that adds more potential for problems (not to mention is not all that cheap).

No offence intended, but this is a bargain basement case. Cut on it!

I doubt if the two 92s at the front are going to get-it if not fully modded. Are the mounted on the front inner panel or away from it? Are they low flow 92x25 fans? Is the 3.5" bay filled with HDDs?

What i would do.

Snip out the rear screen to fit a 92x25 (or 38), 50cfm fan on the outside of the case. Use a chrome wire grill on it.
Mod the plastic window for a 120x25(or 38) at 75cfm. Use the upper left stock mounting hole then drill the other three. This will give a decent position for the fan.
Reverse the two front 92s to keep air flowing past the HDDs.

HOT AIR RISES! They cried.....The PSU fan will take care of that.
The fans are so load, they said.....Use a fan controller of your choice.
