Case Mod Question: Custom Fan Hole Gasket/Seal?

There is a case im wanting, but it does not have a top fan. Im looking to cut my own (never did it before), and I know it will be kinda sloppy, but is there some sort of gasket (if thats the right term) to go around the edge's to cover up the sharp part from the top and inside (rubber) ??

Hopefully im explaining that well, Thanks!

Whether a trim ring is necessary or not depends a lot on how you're going to cut the fan hole. I reccomend using a hole saw as it makes a very round hole then grinding down with a dremel. Almost completely negates the need for a trim ring, though some people do like to use them anyways, for looks or whatever. fan molding
