i double checked my connections, and everythign is good. Why isnt the power led and the hd activitiy led coming on? i have a lian li pc-60 and an asus p5w-dh-deluxe mobo

the reason i didnt think about polarity on them was because w/ pwr switch and rst switch, it doesnt matter.
