Case issue after installing XP-120

So I just installed an XP-120. The thing is massive. With the Panaflo 120 attached, it juts out really far. Ive got one of these cases
Now, see how there's like a duct/vent that hovers right over where the cpu fan would be? It used to aim straight at the cpu fan. Since the XP-120 sticks out so far, the thing hits the fan and I can't even close the case. So I removed it, but it seems you can't keep the little dust filter/aspire logo attached to the window without a fan of some sort on the other side. So now I've got a gaping hole in the side window. Should I get some sort of fan? Since it's going to be next to the CPU Fan, im guessing some sort of intake fan is what I need to get air over the cpu fan. I don't know if case fans have that.. intake, outtake.. What should I do T_T

I have the aspire X Dreamer case and I had no such problems as you are having!!

your case is 17 x 7.8 x 19.3

my case is 18.8 x 7.8 x 16.8

Your Aspire Case is the same width as my Aspire case.
I have the same heatsink with a 120 mm fan as you do.....
I would get rid of the shroud that should solve your problem.

Or even get rid of both the shroud and the side panel fan,

To keep the logo you may have to invest in some nuts and screws.

If you get rid of just the shroud I see no reason you shouldn`t be able to keep the side panel fan!!
