enermax (maxpoint.com, enermax.com.tw - B031-TB was one model no.), bay technology (baysystem.com) and keypower.com all sell or sold cases based on that same design - never seen one with a front on it like that, I'd like to know where it came from, if you ever find out. It's a very well designed case, IMO. Does that one have the toolless mobo mounts? And what brand/model PSU came with it?
. Anyway, those that have the front I/O ports have them mounted in whichever of the open 3.5" floppy bays that can be accessed thru that smoked plastic hatch in the front door. You can try the three places above, or just get any port kit that fits in a 3.5" drive bay. Chyang Fun uses 'em (has 2 USB, 1 FW and Audio jax) on some of their cases, so you might be able to get one from them. Of course, there's always frontx.com if you want to do a custom job...

BTW, dja ever think of calling Fry's? Duh...

. Oh, I found it at outpost.com- http://shop1.outpost.com/product/3677255 -says it has USB and Audio jacks. Dja buy an open-box blowout? PCMCIS actually has a web site, but I don't see that case there.
. 70$ is a really good buy as the few places that have some of the Enermax badged, shining Ti finish cases left are asking around $100. for 'em w/ no PSU... Outpost calls their cases some weird names: Raidmax is Fudin there. "Just PC" and KEL are recognizable as some other brand elsewhere. Wonder why???

I've looked around those sites briefly, they have what I need as part of a case.
Not available as a part that I saw. Will try the phone Monday.

And my case was brand new from Frys. It didn't come with the front port option.
Yes I did ask them (grin). And I love this case. Totally screw/tool-less. I can build
a machine in 15 minutes. It's a bit large but its designed to accommodate dual processor
servers.

I threw a couple lighted case fans in it. Nice side window, titanium mirror finish. Power
Supply is 350 w switching and turns cooling fan off when not needed. Would have to remove
it for more info.

I figured you would either have to email or phone them to find out about accys or replacement parts. Very few of the case mfr's have parts ordering on their web sites - stupid of 'em if you ask me...
