Im sorry, but the hole he cut in there looks like crap. Not saying that I could do better, I will find out in the next week, but i hope its not as bad as that.
 
Get your fan like a 92 MM 4 pin ..

Get a 3 1/2 " Hole saw at HomeDepot and a 3/8 " arbor for it get a 1/2" arbor if you have a 1/2 drill chuck or a friend with one..

Lay out your hole in the between the Power Suppy and CD Rom...

Lay the fan over you new hole put the biggest drill that will fit through the mounting holes in the fan in your drill, Drill one hole screw it down with #8-32 x 1 1/4" long screws then drill hole #2 screw it down the drill 3 & 4 then mount fan on inside and don't forget to buy grill..
