Case for PCI Express MB

I'm looking to buy an Antec SX835 case and wonder if the current desktop case will be compatible with the upcoming mb with PCI express slot. Will the PCI Express slot be at the same location of current AGP slot so I don't need to modify the rear panel? TIA.

PCI Express itself will have nothing to do with case compatability. When you look at the motherboard, look at it's spec. If it is ATX (or some flavore of ATX) it will fit into any standard ATX case. If it is BTX, you will need a BTX case.
