It's what I have in my computer until I took them out realizing I don't need a wind-tunnel for an i3-2100!! LOL
 
I know!! TBH, I bought them thinking "Wow, 19db for 69CFM!"... Installed them... Um... Is that 19db? LOL!

The wind moving past the grille and through the case also makes noise, I'd think that perhaps the fan itself really does only make 19db, however when you put things in front or behind it, that's when it gets loud...
 
^ exactly. It doesn't matter how low noise your fan is - every fan that moves the same amount of air will cause the same amount of noise from the surroundings like meshes and filters.
