Case Fans with multiple connectors

I'm building my first computer and the two case fans on the front of my case have three different connectors. I have an Antec Truepower Quatro 850 PSU to plug the fans into, but which type of connector should I use?
 
If it's a standard molex connector, plug it into the power supply. If it's a 3 pin or a small 4 pin, plug it into the motherboard. You only plug in one of these connectors, not all of them.
