I have same case fans, came with Thermaltake ARMOR Jr. and they have 4 pin connection-12cm case fans on the front and rear.
It didn't came with any adapter to 3 pin and i have problem: rear fan
should run more faster when loaded-it must be controled by MOB.
Any advise how to remake it? I have some old 3 pin con. cables and can plug it by myself. Some case fans are selling allready with thise adapters
and it's means-thise 120mm fans can be also controled.

If you have a fan that came with a 4-pin Molex connector, you cannot increase its revolution speed (RPM) by connecting it to the motherboard.

You can use an adapter to connect it to the motherboard. You can make it run slower through the motherboard. But, it will not run any faster.

great man, thanks a lot.
I'll make it by myself, it's easy. I didn't know how to connect the wires, from the picture
it shown.
