Case Fans Setup

I have four case fans , One in front tow in back and one on top. What is the bast way to have these setup? I'm currently using the front as an intake and all the others as outake.

basically the air should generally be coming in from the lower-front corner and going out the upper-rear corner. note case door fans are usually intake though, which kind of breaks the rule. "blowhole" fans cur into the top of the case still blow it out though.
