the case i intend to buy (focus 848) has space for an optional front 60mm or 80mm fan and a rear 40mm fan
As i intend to fill it with: A7N8X, 2100+ XP, 1gig pc3200 ram, rad9500pro, DiamondMax9+ 120Gb, and hope to O/C in future could someone guide me on good quality QUIET fans please.
also is is better to have a fan at the front, back or both?

If you plan on doing any OC'ing, I'd look for a case with better airflow. Those fans specs won't be very good for the parts you want to use at stock speed, never mind OC'd!
