I am having some issues with my case fans after the PC wakes up. The rear fan (connected CHA_Fan 4) spins up, but stops, LEDs stay on. The 3 other fans connected via hub on CHA_Fan 2 spin up, but slow down, LEDs dim.
I've attempted to put load to trigger fan spin, but nothing happens. If it's from a fresh boot, no issue. Fans speed up based on temperature.
Also re-installed Windows 10, just in case.
All fans are PWM and the BIOS is configured for each fan as PWM.
If I switch in the BIOS the fans to DC, there's no problem, it's just noisier.

Case: Deepcool Genome 2 (built in water cooling)
Processor: Intel Core i5 6600K
Mobo: Asus Z170-A - Latest Firmware applied
Memory: GG.SKILL Ripjaws V 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz C15 Dual Channel Kit (F4-3000C15D-16GVRB)
GPU: EVGA GTX1080 FTW
