Case fan setup

I have mine on at full speed all the time. A lot of others use a fanbus to control the voltage of their fans so they can slow them down to keep them quiet when maximum cooling isn't needed.
 
those temperature sensing speed-control fans are pretty crappy..i prefer a fan that runs constantly.

but i also use a fanbus for a couple of them just to turn them off when i worry about noise.
