Lol, no, the Scythe Slipstream 1200, 1600 or 1900 are good choices for case fans. I do not advise them for radiators, heatsinks or anywhere with a restrictive filter or grill though.
The Zalman fans are supposed to be decent (F3, F2). I plan to order some soon. Some Yate Loon from petrastechshop.com, some Cooler Master (many like their low speed LED fan). See the reviews (in the air cooling section of the forums) on xtremesystems.net for more info. I like the Cooler Master fans I reviewed here: http://www.techimo.com/reviews - they are right in the "New Items" gallery. The main review is under the black one while just notable differences are under the LED version. The fans that come with many C-M cases and other things aren't bad and you can get a 4-pack around the web for $10.00 or less. Many like various models of Scythe. There has never been as many good fans as there are out there now.
A lot depends on what your requirements/desires are with regards to how much air you want them to push (CFM), and how tolerant you are of their noise. Those two factors are in inverse proportion, of course.
