Case fan questions...Best airflow scenario for my rig

Just got my new rig up and running and I was curious as to what the best way is to have my fans set up. I have a CoolerMaster RC-330 case. It came with one 120mm rear exhaust fan. I purchased an additional CoolerMaster 120mm fan for the front intake. The front fan is low rpm, but quiet, which is why I purchased it. The rear fan that came with the case is a little louder, and I'd assume higher rpm.

I currently have the front fan attached to the PSU, would it be better to connect it to the mobo as the sytem fan? I'm assuming the PSU runs it at it's full speed, and the system fan connection would adjust the speed according to load or temps? The mobo has 4 pins for connecting a fan and my fan only has a 3 pin connector. Would I be able to connect it without an adapter?

Also, I added an 80mm Vantec Stealth fan I had laying around to the side panel. Would this better serve me as an exhaust fan or intake? I think this is also relatively low rpm since it is pretty quiet.

Some other notes: In its installed position on the side of the case, the side fan is directly over the top of my HSF. It would be nice if it was lower and more centered over my passively cooled GPU. My HSF towers right beneath my PSU which has a bottom mounted 120mm fan that pulls air into the PSU and vents out the back. My wiring is pretty nice so there is good airflow. The front 120mm fan blows almost directly onto and past my GPU, which I think is adding some additional airflow to the passive heatsink.

Here's my system specs if needed:

CoolerMaster RC-330 Case w/ 120mm front and rear fans, 80mm side fan
Gigabyte 965P-S3
Intel E6600
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
2GB Corsair 6400C4
XFX 7950GTX (passive cooling)
Enhance 5150GH 500W PSU
WD 320GB Sata HDD
couple optical drives.

I haven't OC'd at all yet, but I plan to bump it up a bit in the near future. I think my build is all set and ready for some good OC's, but I want to maximize my airflow first.

Sorry if this post is a long read, but I was trying to paint a picture of my layout for the best suggestions :)

I would say make the side fan an intake. Making it an exhaust would cause it to fight the PSU for air in my opinion.
