case fan question?

ok...just bought a case fan that i'm putting in the hard drive rack of my cheiftec dragon case...since i've never put a case fan in before, I want to make sure I've got it right. Is it better to point the fan so that it blows the hot air from inside the case over my hdd's and out of the case, or should I turn it around and blow the outside cool air into the case and over the hdd's?
 
You'll find a lot of info if you do a search...simple answer though: front intake, rear exhaust. So, yeah, bring cool air in across the hard drives.
