Case fan positioning/orientation

Sorry if this has been covered before. I have an Anted AMG 1000, it has spots for 2 fans in the front (near the bottom), one in the window, and two in the back. I've read that a good general rule of thumb is to have the air flow into the case be about the same as airflow out of the case. My main question is whether my window fan should be blowing in or out. Right now I have it blowing into the case (at my radeon 9800 pro). Since I have an odd number of fans, and the fan on my PSU seems fairly weak, should I have more airflow into the case or out? I figured it would be nice to get some cool air blowing at my video card, but I don't know if it's bad to have airflow in > airflow out or vice versa. Thanks. 🙂

I have the same case as you and I have the window fan blowing onto my 9800 Pro also. Works well this way.

I also have my side fan blowing in on my AIW 9800 Pro.

The Thermaltake Xaser II cases are almost the same as the Antec AMG cases.
