Case Fan Placement

Unfortuantely, I don't know if my fan is blowing the right way. I have a side 4cm fan, a PCI based fan, and a 80mm case fan in the back. The 80mm is the one I'm not sure about. I feel it blowing out the back, but after the comp has been dowloading for about 12 hours, m y reading was 36C CPU, and 40C MB. If the 40 C too high for the mobo, and should it be greater than the CPU?
Thanks,
Kishan

Pull the 80mm fan and look on it for arrows (two of them in the same spot). Those will indicate both rotational and air flow direction.

wow thanks for the really quick responses-by the way these are my specs if it helps:
A64 2800
ASUS K8V SE
9800 pro-flashed to 9800 XT
Retail Heatsink for the CPU
SEagate SATA HD
Thanks once again
