Case fan placement....Raidmax case??

I have a Raidmax case. It has a side window and below that are 2 80mm fans side by side at the bottom. It also has the option of another 80mm at the rear. I wanted to keep noise as low as possible. I have an athlon 1800+ with stock HSF and AS III compound. The CPU runs about 50C and the mobo temp reading (Asus A7V333) reads about 40C.

What is the best way to set up these fans. I know the rear fan should blow out of the case. However, what about the side fans (take air in or blow it out)? Also, would it be alright if I took one of the side fans and put it on the rear (thus using only one side fan)? If so, which side fan (left or right)? If not, would a rear fan make much diff? I wanted to keep noise as low as possible.

Yes, move a fan (right) to the rear blowing out and block the resulting hole with something, side fan blowing in, front fan blowing in, PSU fan blowing out.
