Case fan not spinning

As stated in the topic, one of my case fans do not spin when I first boot up my computer. In order for it to spin, I need to give it a "push" myself. After only do I give the fan the initial push does it actually start to spin on it's own. Does anyone know how to remedy this?

Well, case fans are cheap. I'd say just purchase a new one. Sounds like it might just be screwed up. In the meantime if it's a problem that it's not turning just take the casing off to keep cool air moving to the system.

It's not dirty or dusty, I had just cleaned it a while ago. I don't know why it's not spinning... I guess I'll go get another one.
